Comparison analysis of hormone therapy in patients with uterine fibroid

Abstract

Despite a long history of investigation, the problem of uterine fibroid treatments among reproductive-age women is still one of the most actual for Russian and foreign scientists. Uterine fibroid is one of the most widespread benign tumors of female reproductive system. In this article aetiopathogenesis and main treatment modes are described, plus results of influence of combination therapy on reproductive function restore of patient with uterine fibroid are given. In particular, results of treatment stages I and II for patients with uterine fibroid aged from 30 till 37 years are presented. Efficiency of uterine fibroid preoperative therapy by means of a-GnRH and selective progesterone receptor modulators is compared.
