Combined non-malignant hyperproliferative uterine disorders
AbstractAmong the most widespread gynecologic diseases are uterine fibroid, adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplastic processes.
Aim of research was to study some clinicopathogenetic aspects of uterine fibroid and adenomyosis combination and to present modern principles of diagnostics and treatment for these patients.
Material and methods. In this research data from 620 patients with uterine fibroid and/or adenomyosis were included.
Results. Molecular biological characteristics of endo- and a myometrium are studied in details. Lowering of apoptosis levels in endo- and a myometrium and activation of proliferative processes in endo- and a myometrium are detected. The important role of neoangiogenesis in growth and progression of uterine fibroid, adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplastic processes that explains features of a blood-flow is revealed. Besides uterine fibroid and adenomyosis can show reinforcing stimulating influence.
