Management of pregnant women with breast cancer

Abstract

Late diagnosis of breast cancer during pregnancy makes the question of pregnancy preservation during antineoplastic therapy carrying out very actual. In this article diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast oncopathology is described. The main complications in the course of therapy are described. Besides research data about influence of antineoplastic therapy on fetal growth are provided and newborns pathologies are listed.
