Prenatal care for women with lymphoma

Abstract

Recent years epidemiological evidences argue for hemoblastosis prevalence and number of young women recover from the disease with help of specific therapy increasing. That makes the problem of their fertility function realization more actual. On the base of foreign and Russian researchers data indications and contra indications for pregnancy prolongation and prenatal care tactics for women with lymphoma are developed and generalized. Analysis of children physical development, frequencies of innate and acquired newborns pathology (newborns from mothers with hemoblastosis during pregnancy or on the stage of full remission during maternity), didn't show statistically significant differences from similar measures from newborns in general population. Pregnancy and its preservation at any stage of a disease don't influence efficiency of treatment and longevity of patients with lymphoma.
