Basic principles of oncology diseases diagnosis and treatment during pregnancy

Abstract

Over the last years the birth of the child defer over a period of professional career achievement. Therefore child-child-bearing frequency for parents aged after 30 years seriously increases. That is associated with more frequent diagnosis of oncological diseases during pregnancy. For a long time it was considered necessity of pregnancy interruption in case of oncology diseases diagnosis during pregnancy. But according to resent researches data in most cases corresponding treatment can be carried out during pregnancy without any harm for mother or fetus. In this review diagnosis debating points, management and treatment tactics via us chemotherapy during pregnancy are elucidated.
