Incompetent uterine scar associated with chronic pelvic pain
AbstractA clinical observation of a 29-year-old patient with an incompetent uterine scar is presented. Favorable outcomes of pregnancies and vaginal births with one uterine scar, as well as the development of chronic pain syndrome as a result of uterine scar incompetence in the late postpartum period (after the third birth), against the background of endometriosis, are demonstrated.
