Clinical observation of repeated labor in a woman who underwent adenomyomectomy using the Osada procedure

Abstract

The uniqueness of this case seems to us to be that, after extensive adenomyomectomy, a woman suffering from diffuse adenomyosis experienced two spontaneous pregnancies that resulted in the birth of live children. In the first case, a planned caesarean section was performed at term pregnancy; in the second case, an emergency caesarean section was performed due to a histopathic uterine rupture at 34 weeks of gestation. Currently, both children are healthy and developing normally.
