Newest approaches to treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases in women of reproductive age
AbstractThe article highlights issues of etiopathogenesis and optimal methods for treating of inflammatory diseases of the female genitalia at the outpatient stage. The listed methods cover the widest range of both gram-positive and gram-negative aerobes, as well as all anaerobes and protozoa, which corresponds to official therapeutic Indications in gynecological practice to prevent ascending infection and possible pelvic inflammatory diseases caused by it. Taking into account a wide range of potential pathogens, among which anaerobic microbes often appear, treatment regimens with inclusion of antibiotics and imidazoles are currently considered the most rational and approved.
