Legal and medical issues of labor induction

AbstractThe problem of labor induction has a set of not only medical issues, but also legal ones. The nuances of clinical situations when this or that method is contraindicated, the lack of registration in the Russian Federation for some products used in the world, the small domestic market of pharmacological substances, the narrowness of the legal field for the use of induction agents in premature or post-term pregnancy - all these problems require the expansion of existing boundaries for optimization work, as well as the entry of new products to the market of medical devices.
