Prediction of early pregnancy loss: versions and contraversions

Abstract

Reproductive losses are a medical and social problem that is particularly relevant with the current decline in natural population growth. Currently, there are a large number of studies on early pregnancy losses, as well as many counter-controversial opinions. Despite this, the cause of reproductive losses remains completely unexplained. The article presents a review of domestic and foreign authors on the problem of predicting early reproductive losses. The latest data on the study of endometrial receptivity at the epigenetic level are presented.

Keywords:early reproductive losses; miscarriage; microRNA; endometrial receptivity; gene expression
