Modern concepts of molecular mechanisms of regulation of implantation

AbstractReproductive losses represent not only a medical, but also a social problem, which is especially relevant in the current decline in natural population growth. In the Russian Federation, the frequency of spontaneous abortions in early pregnancy has increased in recent years from 10-20 to 45-88%. Despite significant preclinical losses, 20% of diagnosed desired pregnancies end poorly, of which 9% - as a result of undeveloped pregnancy The relevance of the search for new pathogenetic mechanisms for the formation of undeveloped pregnancy is due to the high frequency of the disease and the lack of a downward trend. The article presents a review of domestic and foreign sources on the problem of predicting early reproductive losses. The latest data on the study of endometrial receptivity, including at the epigenetic level, are presented.
