Premature birth: new opportunities for prediction

Abstract

А comprehensive prognostic scale for assessing the risk of preterm birth was developed, which allows a pregnant woman to be classified with a high degree of probability as a high-risk group of preterm birth (sensitivity - 81%, specificity - 84.6%). To develop a prognostic scale, clinical and laboratory data of patients were studied in detail. The use of this scale during dispensary observation of a pregnant woman allows timely preventive measures to prevent premature birth.
