Infertility in women with thyroid diseases: principles of diagnosis, management

Abstract

The article discusses the relationship autoimmune pathology of the thyroid gland and female infertility. Presents the clinic-anamnestic and laboratory data of patients with infertility and autoimmune thyroiditis in the programs of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Discussed are the peculiarities of the thyroid gland on a background of stimulation superovulation and in the dynamics of pregnancy after IVF. Justified the modern approaches to the management of patients with infertility and autoimmune pathology of the thyroid gland in ART.
