Filgrastim in the aspect of habitual miscarriage of pregnancy

Abstract

Filgrastim is one of the medicines with the expected effectiveness in the recurrent pregnancy loss. It is a recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. G-CSF and its receptors are expressed in human trophoblast cells, the decidual membrane, and the endometrium. Filgrastim may be the drug of choice for the treatment of patients with idiopathic RPL or with RPL due to endometrial factor.
