Fear of the purpose of medicines: justified or exaggerated?

AbstractThe use of medications during pregnancy occurs in more than 90% of cases. Restrictions in their use during pregnancy are associated with the effect on the fetus, the number of side effects, the presence/absence of clinical studies. In the article deals with the most striking examples of ambiguity in the use of medications during pregnancy, doubts about the effectiveness or minimal range of side effects of individual medications.
