Modern ideas about puerperal infections due to antibacterial resistance and the end of the antibiotic era
Abstract
The increasing of postpartum infections incidence, their complications and maternal death caused by postpartum sepsis are noticed not only in low-income countries, but in development ones too, underlying cause is the ending of antibiotic era and appearing of priority pathogens which are resistant to antibiotic from reserve-group. Timely prevention, detecting risk factors, early diagnosis, reasonable operation and administration would avoid following rising of morbidity.
