Features of pregravid preparation and prevention of reproductive losses in case of folate metabolism disorders

Abstract

One of the most important current problems of modern obstetrics is a suitable preconception preparation and prevention of congenital malformations of a fetus, the recognized method of which is the intake of vitamin-mineral complex preparations containing folic acid. But often the standard method of folic acid is ineffective. The article considers the optimal approach to the prevention of folate metabolism disturbances - the combined intake of synthetic folic acid and metafolin.
