Delivery in the cases of diabetes mellitus: modern trends

Abstract

We offer the review of Russian and foreign data published in MEDLINE and EMBASE through past decade. The article isaimed atthe problems of risk prognosis of unfavorable maternal, fetal and newborns' outcomes in pregnancies complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM). The review covers modern algorithms of choosing of time and methods of delivery, peculiarities of management of labor and neonatal care in presence of different types of DM.
