Gynecological malignancies and gestation: the difficulties in diagnosis, management and risk assessement

Abstract

Gynecological malignancies continue being a specific part of maternal lethality and perinatal morbidity and mortality in developed countries. The review covers recently published in MedLine and EMBASE data devoted to problems of diagnosis and modern therapeutic strategies in the field of gynecological malignancies verified during gestational period and the risks of unfavorable maternal, fetal and offspring outcomes.
