Experience in management of pregnancy with refractory thrombocytopenia

AbstractThe article presents classification, etiology, pathogenetic mechanisms, principles of diagnosis, modern methods of treatment of thrombocytopenia. The most important condition for the successful outcome of pregnancy with immune thrombocytopenia is its planning and adequate course of therapy before pregnancy, and adherence to the principles of collegiality when it is administered. The article presents a case of observation of pregnancy with its favorable outcome of a woman with immune thrombocytopenia.
