Organ preservation treatment of cervical pregnancy in women of reproductive age

AbstractFollowing on from the results of literature data evidence-based analysis, the most probable risk factors and features of cervical pregnancy diagnosis are defined and listed. Data about treatment of 49 women and new look at healthcare delivery in case of this pathology are reported. The recommended therapy form includes introduction into clinical practice and usage throughout all stages the optimal algorithm for this pathology examination and treatment, which is consisting in fetal egg hystero-resectoscopy on the back of cytostatic treatment with methotrexate in combination with leucovorin, and in some cases with uterine artery embolisation.
