Management of pregnancy and childbirth after solid organs transplantation

AbstractAn algorithm for pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum period management in women with transplanted solid organs is represented. The foundation of therapy with immunosupressive, antihypertensive and antanemic drugs usage, taking into account clinical and laboratory parameters, including immunosuppressive drug blood concentration, is represented. Main complications of gestational process are examined. And measures aimed at their correction are described. The possibility of favorable pregnancy outcome on condition of transplanted organ function close control with multidisciplinary specialists team participation is shown.
