Laparoscopic radical hysterectomy after chemotherapy at locally advanced cervical cancer

Abstract

Research objective is the studying of immediate results at the patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated with use of a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Material and methods. The article presents the results of a research of 81 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer to whom complex treatment with neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgical treatment has been carried out.

Results. The radical hysterectomy after neoadjuvant chemotherapy is made to 75 (92.6%) patients. The comparative analysis of the surgeries executed with use of laparoscopic and laparotomy accesses are carried out; similar results of these interventions are shown.
