Hormonal contraception - algorithm selection

AbstractThis article describes the problem of abortion and contraception as an effective measure of abortion prevention. The clinical benefits of combined oral contraceptive pill (COCP) are considered. The features of COCs selection for certain groups of population are described (age group, drug use safety, etc. division). Advantages of COCs usage (irregular menstrual cycle, dysmenorrhea, hypermenorrhea, signs of hyperandrogenism, dyspareunia, premenstrual syndrome, etc.), including various types of pathologies prevention: ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, colorectal cancer, etc. are also given.
