Cervical neoplasia: how to prevent and to treat?

AbstractHuman papillomavirus infection is one of the most common infections in the world. This infection is dangerous for human health because of expressed neoplastic potency of high-oncogenic virus types, contamination with which may lead to cervical cancer and tumors of other localizations development. Complex of contributory causes play a crucial role in neoplasia development (smoking, coincident infections that lead to change in level of inflammatory mediators, tissue immunity disturbance, etc.). Except that the more contributory causes, the higher possibility of cervical cancer development. of the Immune response modulation is an effective variant of human papillomavirus infection treatment. The article presents results of inosine pranobex effective application in treatment of cervical neoplasia and other benign tumors of the uterine cervix.
