Patogenetic aspects of herpes infection and its influence on the course of pregnancy

AbstractThe article presents the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of herpetic infection, Leading to complications of pregnancy, intrauterine and perinatal infection. In addition, according to the Literature, infection during pregnancy increases the frequency of miscarriage, premature delivery, infection of the fetus, premature or early rupture of membranes (with a high risk of ascending infection of the fetus), development of the weakness of Labor, postpartum period compLications.
