Pain and pain control with medical abortion

Abstract

The guidelines "Pain and pain control with medical abortion" include information about the physiological role of pain, types and its localization in medical termination of pregnancy, data from clinical trials about the needs and the choice of anesthetics and methods of pain control, and the amount of information for discussion with patients and character of consultation in regard to pain syndrome
Recommendations are elaborated for the obstetrician-gynecologists, health care providers and students of postgraduate education cycles.
