Weight loss as obligatory step of pregravidal preparation for improving pregnancy outcomes in women with metabolic syndrome

Abstract

Pregnant women with metabolic syndrome more often than healthy women have obstetric complications which are directly affecting on maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. In programs complex of pregravidal preparation for prevention of gestational complications in pregnant women with metabolic syndrome should be included Reduxine® (sibutramine + cellulose microcristalline) for the purposes of feeding behavior regulation, weight loss and prevention of gestational complications.
