Ectopic pregnancy in girls 16 old. Problems of diagnosis. Surgical tactics

Abstract

The main cause of intra-abdominal bleeding in women of childbearing age is an ectopic pregnancy. In recent years, the frequency of ectopic pregnancy has increased among adolescents and that are associated with early onset of sexual activity and lack of contraception. The most frequent cause of hospitalization of children in the surgical Department is abdominal pain. Gynecological pathology in such cases occurs often enough, the main pathology in children is functional ovarian cysts and their complications during the (torsion of the uterus, ovarian apoplexy). Many important roles in verification of diagnosis is correctly collected history. Ectopic pregnancy in adolescence is rare; the treatment of this disease is mainly surgical. In the case of suspected ectopic pregnancy in girls it is necessary to conduct blood test for B-HCG. When you receive a positive result shows a laparoscopy and intraoperative decision on lobotomie or tubectomy.
