Pathology of the uterus and vagina in girls and young women in violation of the outflow of menstrual blood
AbstractAim: to assess the outflow of menstrual blood disorders in girls with congenital anomalies of the vagina and uterus.
Material and methods: 48 patients with congenital abnormalities of the uterus and vagina in violation of the outflow of menstrual blood. The girls were carried out a comprehensive survey: conventional clinical and laboratory studies, ultrasound studies. Also, some patients have been performed hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, excretory. All patients analyzed the relationship violations outflow of menstrual blood with congenital abnormalities of the female genital organs.
Results: a direct correlation was found violation of the outflow of menstrual blood on the nature of congenital abnormalities of the uterus and vagina.
Conclusion: оur study showed that in the structure of malformations of the vagina, in violation of the outflow of menstrual blood, descending, the girls dominated partial aplasia of the vagina, hymen atresia, various options of doubling the uterus and vagina and a rudimentary uterine horn. In 33.3% of girls with malformations of the vagina also revealed various pathologies of the urinary system.
