Modern technologies in treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure

Abstract

In this study authors evaluated efficacy and safety of 17β-estradiol transdermal gеl (Divigel) usage in 230 patients of reproductive and menopausal age.

In the group of reproductive age patients authors evaluated the efficacy and safety of Divigel in case of premature ovarian failure. In the group of patients with climacteric syndrome authors evaluated the efficacy and safety of Divigel in case of climacteric syndrome (CS) associated with natural or artificial menopause (as a result of surgical intervention). In both groups Divigel shows the high efficiency for a large percentage of patients. More than half of women after 3 months of estrogen therapy could get pregnant, and for most women in the second group menopausal symptoms were resolved.
