Premature birth in past medical history. Possibility of rehabilitation and preconception care training
AbstractAssessment of women’s health with preterm delivery showed that almost all women have impairments in health status, but they have the growth of somatic and gynecological diseases at the end of post-partum period and lactation. Women, who gave birth prematurely, have early sexual activity (by 3 times), early or late menarche (by 7 times), irregular menstrual cycles (by 5.9 times) more often than women with term delivery. At the end of lactation after preterm birth there is a high incidence of pelvic diseases – vaginal infections by 5.5 times, diseases of the endomiometrium by 2.8–11 times more often compared with the patients with term delivery. Complete recovery of women after preterm birth prevents progression of disorders of the reproductive system and extragenital diseases. The continuity in the conduct of women in the pre-conceptional stage with unfavorable perinatal outcomes: selection of risk groups, rehabilitation, formation of high-grade endometrium improve pregnancy outcomes.
