Clinical cases of pregnancy and bladder exstrophy

Abstract

The article presents data on the features pregnancy complications and outcomes in women with a rude congenital malformation urinogenital system – bladder exstrophy. If renal function is normal and no renal insufficiency, pregnancy may prolongation to the birth of viable fetus, cesarean section is the most appropriate mode of delivery. Observation and delivery these patients should be at a tertiary referral obstetric unit, that provides favorable obstetric and neonatal outcomes.
