Gestational pyelonephritis: principle of antibacterial treatment

Abstract

The article presents resent data on the actual problem of practical obstetrics – gestational pyelonephritis, its impact on the pregnancy outcomes for the mother and newborn. Current recommendations for selection of antibiotic therapy based on gestational age, severity, and duration of the disease were considered.
