Modern notions on restoration of disturbed vaginal ecosystem biocenosis. Lactobacilli lysates and live lactobacilli. Is there any difference?

Abstract

Medicinal products with Lactobacilli (Lactobacillus spp.) are "replaceable" therapy, they don't create conditions for stimulation of growth and recovery of vaginal microflora. L. spp. also can promote growth of the opportunistic and the pathogenic microflora. Lactobacilli lysates – a biotechnological product of а bacteriolyze and a metabolism of probiotic microorganisms (for example, Lactobacilli, Bifidobacterii). Lysates of lactobacilli – a digest medium for growth and reproduction of the beneficent bacteria, stimulating recover of vaginal microflora (without a growth of pathogenic microflora). Lactobacilli lysates don't possess pharmacological action and they aren't capable to induce immune action. They act as conditionally prebiotics, instead of a probiotics. In this review the author presents the first unique medicinal products containing lysates of lactobacilli.
