Change of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection measures in pregnant women with preeclampsia (literature review)

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a topical issue of modern obstetrics. In Russia it is typically diagnosed at around 5–30% of pregnant women. In the article lipid peroxidation processes, antioxidant protection multistep action system and their abnormality in the light of a preeclampsia problem are in detail considered. Possibilities for this type of pathology prevention until the moment of nonreversible changes appearances in mother’s organism are shown.
